Let’s discuss…
PRF is a fibrin-based matr... | Hi, it's Wadden's Day and we've had a big week training at USLAB in West Perth on all things PRP and PRF. So what is PRF? It's platelet rich fibrin and this differs from PRP in that we need the conversion of fibrinogen to fibrin by the protease thrombin so we don't add an anticoagulant. The process is the same, we have a blood draw, we spin in the centrifuge and then we use that product to inject. When we inject the platelets can already be axon from can already be activated and this creates a controlled inflammatory response within the dermis so add some dermal scaffolding and this is because proteins, growth factors, cytokines can encourage collagenesis and promote more elasticity within the skin and these are great for under eye area, perioral area or just general skin if you're interested in learning more about PRF I train for a company Alicurpo PRP and we'd be happy to answer any of your questions. | ↗ |
